This project aimed to provide technical support for the development of training materials and enhance staff capacity for improving the PEI Vaccine Management system in the country. CTC facilitated logistics and financial management for the training events, including venue arrangements, travel and accommodation for government participants, and the disbursement of Daily Subsistence Allowances (DSA). We also gathered feedback from UNICEF’s focal point on event management and submitted a comprehensive training report. The project strengthened the vaccine management system, contributing to the success of the PEI training initiatives.
This project aimed to address the nutrition emergency for severely acutely malnourished children in flood-affected districts, as part of WHO’s Nutrition Programme. CTC recruited staff for Nutrition Stabilization Centres and managed contract administration. Additionally, CTC handled database management and payroll services for the staff involved in the program. The project enhanced the effectiveness of the Nutrition Stabilization Centres by ensuring efficient staff management and operational continuity during the emergency response.
CTC provided comprehensive human resource management services, including contract administration (issuance of contracts, extensions, closures, and reference letters), database management, and insurance and payroll services. CTC was also responsible for handling staff cases and ensuring timely salary and benefits payment for all involved personnel. Our support helped ensure smooth human resource operations for the Integrated Mobile Health teams, enabling effective delivery of health services and outbreak management in flood-affected regions.
We provided financial and administrative support for the implementation of the Wheat Flour Fortification Programme across Pakistan’s provinces, including recruitment and contract management for new zonal managers. CTC also oversaw regular activities such as the submission of Monthly Activity Reports (MAR), timesheets, invoices, and field visit data from Provincial Programme Managers. Our services ensured efficient human resource management and streamlined financial administration.
United Nations Industrial Development Organization – UNIDO aims to promote and accelerate sustainable industrial development. The consulting assignment was awarded to CTC to deliver three days long gender training to the beneficiaries in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan provinces to support gender-specific activities planned under the project for agri-food and agro-industry development assistance.
This phased vaccination campaign, supported by the World Health Organization (WHO), aimed to implement a nationwide Typhoid Conjugate Vaccination (TCV) in Pakistan. CTC supported the recruitment and management of District Campaign Monitors for the intra-campaign, and post-campaign activities. This included handling contract administration, insurance, payroll, extensions, and overseeing performance management of the district monitors. The campaign achieved efficient management of district-level activities, ensuring the smooth execution of vaccination phases and the successful delivery of typhoid vaccinations across the country.
We provided financial and administrative support for implementing the Oil Fortification project across all provinces of Pakistan. CTC oversaw regular activities related to signing of agreements, electronic submission of data to NI, along with monitoring and reporting to Provincial Manager and National Program Manager. CTC also provided logistical support related to purchase of sampling bottles for testing at Check Cluster Labs and Rapid Testing Kits (RTKs) government food regulatory bodies. Our support ensured efficient human resource management and financial administration for the successful implementation of this project.
We provided financial and administrative support for Nutrition International’s work on the ‘Accelerated Universal Salt Iodization Programme’ initiative. CTC oversaw activities related to signing of contracts between the agency and USIFOs, recruitment and oversight of technical reports. We also compiled and maintained data regarding field visits, payments and administrative expenses. Our services helped ensure efficient resource management and administration for the successful implementation of this project.
This project aimed to build capacity in agri-businesses, with a specific focus on gender inclusion in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. CTC delivered gender training to beneficiaries in both provinces, aligned with the gender-specific activities of the PAFAID project. Additionally, CTC prepared and published a final narrative report, detailing the participants’ understanding of gender and youth-specific issues within the project. These training improved awareness and understanding of gender issues among beneficiaries, contributing to the integration of gender-specific activities into the broader agri-business capacity building efforts.
We provided Third Party Monitoring (TPM) to assess training activities in real time. CTC’s IT expert developed a mobile application and web interface to collect and share live data on 78,967 training participants with UNDP. The monitoring covered four categories of training, and field teams monitored 3,986 events across the two provinces. The real-time monitoring system enhanced transparency and accountability in the training process, providing timely data to UNDP and ensuring effective training implementation for election personnel.
CTC is conducting regular health, safety, and environment related trainings for Shell Pakistan’s retail site staff and improving Wet Stock Management performance. We have trained and supervised Safety Wardens and Safety Supervisors on 250 sites. The project has helped to improve staff compliance with HSE standards and customer service protocols, enhancing operational safety, environmental responsibility, and service quality across Shell retail stations.
This project aims to provide polio vaccination outreach in areas with limited coverage or ongoing poliovirus prevalence by engaging 12,000+ staff. CTC provides financial and human resource support, deploying field staff to target districts and union councils. We also undertake hiring, management, and coordination of over 11,000 Community Based Volunteers (CBVs) for community mobilization, awareness campaigns, and door-to-door polio vaccination efforts. The program has successfully reached underserved communities, contributing to increased polio vaccination coverage and reducing poliovirus prevalence in targeted regions.
